This G+2 (Ground + 2 Floors) independent building was designed for a family that values traditional Vaastu principles without compromising on modern functionality.

The ground floor is designed to be the functional powerhouse of the building. We prioritized ease of access and essential living space.

• Smart Parking: A generous 16.5' x 15' ft dedicated parking bay accommodates one four-wheeler and multiple two-wheelers comfortably.

• The 2BHK Layout: Despite the parking allocation, we integrated a full 2BHK unit featuring:

  • One attached bathroom for the master bedroom.

  • One common bathroom for guests and residents.

The upper floors serve as the primary residential zones, featuring identical, well-ventilated layouts that feel open and airy.

• The 2BHK Design: Each floor hosts a spacious 2BHK unit with two bathrooms (one attached, one common).

• Dedicated Utility Areas: We know the importance of "hidden" chores. Each unit includes a dedicated utility area specifically for washing machines and a sink area for utensil cleaning, keeping the main kitchen clutter-free.

• Pooja Room: Spirituality is at the heart of this home. We built a 4' x 4.5' ft dedicated Pooja room, providing a quiet, sanctified space for daily prayers.

Design Highlights & Vaastu

A key request for this project was strict adherence to East-facing principles.

• Orientation: The entire building faces East, and every main entrance door to the individual houses is also East-facing to invite maximum morning sunlight and positive energy.

• Ventilation: We maintained a 2-foot setback on three sides. This ensures that every room has access to natural light and cross-ventilation, a necessity in Bengaluru's climate.

The Exterior: Bold & Elegant

The elevation design is where this building truly stands out from its neighbors. We moved away from standard flat colors to create a sophisticated, textured look:

• The Centerpiece: A rich Copper Orange texture paint infused with Gold Glitter, giving the building a warm, shimmering glow as the sun hits it.

• The Frame: This vibrant center is framed by a Dark Grey border, providing a sharp, modern contrast that defines the building's silhouette.
