Mayatar reserves the right to update these statements at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these policies will always be available on the Platform for user review.

Mayatar acts as a project lead for construction, interior design, and renovation projects. Services are facilitated through a network of architects and contractors. While Mayatar oversees the project management, selected project partners are typically responsible for the direct supply of construction and design products.

7. Regulatory Compliance and Permits
Execution of work is subject to approval by relevant governmental authorities. The user maintains sole responsibility for securing all necessary permits, licenses, and legal approvals. Mayatar may provide assistance in navigating these administrative processes.

8. Taxation and Quotations
All service quotations are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory levies as mandated by government policy. Detailed price quotations will be issued for all requested services.

 

9. Marketing and Media Rights
Mayatar reserves the right to feature completed projects and partner collaborations on the official Mayatar website and various social media platforms for promotional purposes.
