Drawing inspiration from the scenic beauty of Virajpet, Kodagu, this project was envisioned by the home architect Mayatar to balance a striking, luxurious exterior with a clean, minimalist interior. Built for Mr. R Bopanna on a 3,485 sq ft plot, the new 2,250 sq ft residence replaced an older structure, navigating difficult soil conditions to create a stable, modern masterpiece.

Bringing a home architect’s blueprint to life

We focused on a "nature-meets-luxury" vibe, blending artificial landscaping with the local greenery. To meet the client's request for something truly original, the building features a custom color palette and unique textures that make the silhouette stand out in the neighborhood.

Key project details

  • Location: Virajpet, Kodagu
